The school interest form collects the institution name, contact name, email address, country, assessment area, optional candidate count, and any message you choose to provide. A submission reference and time are recorded.

Only submit professional contact information needed to discuss the enquiry. Do not include student records, identity documents, payment details, health information, or passwords.

How information is used

School enquiry information is stored to review and respond to the stated interest in APSCB assessment partnerships. The form does not subscribe you to a general marketing list. Submitted information is not displayed publicly by this website.

Candidate accounts

Candidate accounts are being tested privately before public registration. Supabase processes account email addresses, password authentication, verification, and account recovery. APSCB uses the verified account identity to connect issued credentials to their holder. Never enter your Google password; choose a separate APSCB password.

Credential searches

A verification request uses the certificate number and surname to find an exact record. The website does not save those searches as candidate applications or school enquiries. Hosting services may process technical request information to operate and secure the website.

Before the candidate service opens

A fuller candidate privacy notice, including the responsible legal entity, contact details, retention periods, and procedures for data requests, will be provided before candidate account registration or identity-document collection begins.
